REFUND
We accept product quality complaints and refund requests within the first 14 days of receiving the package.
We issue refunds in the following cases:
Item broke or spilled during shipping.
The product has deteriorated.
The parcel is lost (i.e. the order is not delivered within 80 days from the date of payment).
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order and we will do our best to assist you.
PURCHASE RETURNS
The buyer can return the order within 14 days of receiving the order if the goods have not been opened and used.
In the event of a return, the buyer pays the shipping cost.
Returns are made within 14 days of receiving the package.
Please contact us if you would like to return your order and we will assist you.
BUT we do not change the item you received!
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
We do our best to avoid any tax for our customers. We always indicate in the declaration a low value for parcels and indicate that this is a gift. We also split orders weighing more than 2 kg into several parcels. This helps to avoid taxes.
But please pay attention:
Customs duties, sales tax and VAT are not included in the price of products and the total amount of the order.
US customers (except Florida customers who pay via PayPal) do not need to pay any taxes if the order is less than $800.
Florida customers who pay via PayPal will be charged 8% sales tax on top of the order amount on the PayPal checkout page.
In some cases (depending on the country), EU customers will be required to pay VAT and customs fees in accordance with local law.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
The buyer undertakes to carefully check the basket (products and their quantity) before placing an order.
The buyer undertakes to indicate the correct delivery address on the checkout page and carefully check it before placing an order.
The buyer understands and agrees that the order cannot be changed or canceled after payment.
The buyer agrees to contact us if the tracking number and tracking instructions for the parcel are not received within 5 days from the date of payment.
The buyer undertakes to contact us if the order is not received within 30 days from the date of payment. In this case, we will make a tracing request to the postal company. This will help deliver the package faster.
It is the buyer's responsibility to come to the post office and receive the order when the package arrives at the post office.
